I had the same problem for years because synthetic oil doesn’t stick well on the dipstick. I roughed my dipstick up a little with a file, cleaned it off with brake cleaner, then put a light coat of flat black spray paint on the business end. After it dried I was able to see the oil level very clearly. Black spray paint is the trick. I used Rustolium grill paint.

If you actually get a good telescope, it wouldn't look like this. What you're seeing is the atmospheric particles moving in the are. Similar to if you've ever seen heat waves coming off of an engine or in the street. If you look at an object behind the heat waves comedy appear to be moving behind water

Im 45 and been getting pvcs since i was about 22 years old. Eventually i started getting afib around 36. I got a catheter ablation for the afib which was successful. I still get pvcs all the time. Having them right now. Stress, lack of sleep, sugar, fried foods and dehydration are big contributors to pvcs. Sometimes i barely feel any pvcs for a couple weeks then bam! Pvcs off and on for a few days to a week. Sometimes i can go a few months barely feeling any the I'll have a week of pvcs. Try to reduce everything i mentioned that trigger them and it should help.
